Whitehall Terminal is a historic ferry terminal located in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Established in 1809, it has been in operation for over two centuries. The terminal serves as a departure point for commuter ferries that travel to nearby communities, including Battery Park City and Brooklyn.

The terminal's iconic Whitehall slipway was the original departure point of Andrew Jackson, who would later become President of the United States. During World War I, the terminal played an important role in military operations, with the New York State Militia conducting training exercises from its piers.

In addition to commuter ferries, the terminal is also used for sightseeing cruises and special events. Its proximity to the Statue of Liberty National Monument and Ellis Island makes it a popular starting point for visitors to these iconic landmarks.
