Mei Jia is the first restaurant in Moka to incorporate tea into its dishes. Signature tea dishes include Oolong tea-smoked chicken, iced tea clam soup, tea fried rice, tea-scented tofu, and tea-steamed ribs. Our teas are all self-produced and sold, with tea-making techniques passed down for ten generations. We mainly sell Oolong tea, as well as Jinxuan Oolong, Wenshan Baozhong, Dongfang Mei Ren, Yingxiang, Foshou, and Oolong red tea. In 2018, we won the runner-up prize in the National Red Tea Technology Competition, and in 2016, we won the special award for Muzha Yunhong red tea.
