Hsiangshan Farm was established in 1962 and is the only dairy farm operating in Hsinchu City. From its humble beginnings as a farm opened by Mr. Chang due to his interest, to the present day where the next generation of the Chang family works together in a coordinated effort. From self-developed, reference to domestic and foreign information and manufacturing methods, both breeding and production are studied in their own way. The farm adheres to the self-production and self-sale model. From a small-scale farm to the current open-type store, convenience stores, and the development of various related dairy products for sale, the farm insists on quality and spirit, creating a unique reputation.
