If you're lucky, you might meet "Zhuang Ge", a beautiful Maine cat known for being one of the world's top 10 most handsome cats, who is the store's mascot and provides great healing comfort. Luo Cheng Cat Tea Shop, which opened at the end of 2023, is run by a woman who returned to Jiayi after studying and having children abroad. She initially planned to open a flower shop and sell drinks on the side, but it gradually turned into a specialty tea shop focusing on "high-end tea". She discovered that "Croffle" (a croissant-waffle hybrid) is very popular in Korea, but rarely seen in Jiayi, so she decided to use this versatile food that can be both savory and sweet to pair with tea.
