A small eatery in a quiet alley, specializing in ramen and rice bowls. We use local Taiwanese rice from the eastern part of the island, cooked with binchotan charcoal added to the rice pot, which not only gives the rice a fragrant and chewy texture but also helps remove pesticide residues, chlorine, and adds natural minerals. Our ramen noodles are made in Pingtung, where the sunny climate ensures they have a firm and elastic texture, without becoming soft or mushy. In addition to our signature rice bowls and ramen, our chef has thoughtfully designed the "Energy Meal," a compact version of a combined rice bowl and ramen, offering a double treat in one meal, making it a popular dish in the store. Prices start at NT$140 for ramen (set meals), NT$140 for rice bowls (set meals), and NT$170 for the Energy Meal (set). The Blackboard Menu - A daily limited selection of dishes written on the blackboard is a reference menu for regular customers. These dishes are prepared by our chef using fresh ingredients bought from the market that morning and seasonal local produce. The chef decides on the dishes based on the materials available that day, and the quantity that can be supplied is limited, with a hint of fate between people and food. The blackboard menu changes daily, adding richness and variety to the dishes while satisfying customers' desire to try new things.
