Bi-Du-La Arts & Design is located at No. 404, Gonghe Road, Chiayi City. It was jointly founded by an illustrator and a cultural-creative enthusiast. The site sits next to Chiayi’s famous Hinoki Village and Beimen Railway Station. By applying for subsidies for the reuse of existing buildings, the project will encourage more people to fall in love with old-house cultural activities, introduce more Chiayi residents to illustration and handcrafts, and, it is hoped, boost the old-house cultural-creative scene along Gonghe Road, Beimenyi, and Beimen Railway Station.
