Maintaining an old building demands both time and money; going forward, Lan Shi Cultural and Creative will operate a “Tea House” and an “Art Gallery” to bring the house back to life. By doing so, more visitors to Daxi can appreciate and experience the charm of this hundred-year-old building, ensuring the house continues to be cared for while generating the income needed to fund its ongoing restoration.
