To fully understand the story and knowledge of persimmon production, visit the Jin-Han Persimmon Education Park located in the Dried-Pit Village, Xinpu Township, a professional persimmon production area. The park was established in 1947 and was named after the founder's father's name, "Jin-Han", by Liu Xing-Wu, the responsible person of Jin-Han Persimmon. By participating in the guided tours, visitors can experience the entire persimmon-making process and gain insight into the perseverance and dedication of Taiwan's traditional industries. The park also offers on-site tours of persimmon processing, tastings, and DIY experiences such as making red persimmons, water persimmons, and persimmon cakes. In addition to persimmon-making, the second floor of Jin-Han Persimmon has a persimmon-dyeing classroom that can accommodate 200-300 people, but advance reservations are required.
