Yuanfeng is located at kilometer 24.3 on Provincial Highway 14A, at an elevation of 2,756 meters. It offers outstanding panoramic views, letting visitors enjoy sweeping vistas from above. The high altitude and absence of light pollution make Yuanfeng an ideal spot for stargazing at night. The area is easily accessible, and in May the valleys bloom with red-haired azaleas, creating a captivating sight. A Snow-Season Visitor Service Station is set up in the Yuanfeng area; when the snow season arrives, vehicle controls are implemented.
