Wanrui Forest Recreation Area is located in Dasyanbei, Hengshan Township, Hsinchu County. It is a legally recognized forest recreation area approved by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications. The recreation area has an area of 38 hectares at an elevation of 660 meters. It is surrounded by green mountains and fields of the Touqian River. The natural scenery and beautiful landscape make it a recreation area with a comfortable climate and seasonal beauty all year around. It is the only primitive forest recreation area in Taiwan that is closest to an urban area. From here, you can have a panoramic view of Hsinchu County and City.
