Taipei Guanpin Hotel's Yigu Palace Chinese Restaurant is the first Michelin three-star restaurant in Taiwan. The crispy-skinned duck is the restaurant's signature dish, made from Yilan Xiaobei ducks that have been raised for 28 days and weigh one jin. The Yigu Palace Barbecue King is a favorite among food connoisseurs, with tender meat and a bit of fat, and the sweet sauce melts on the tongue.
