Inside the museum, there is a rich enzyme knowledge “Fermentation Story Hall” that guides visitors through visual and olfactory experiences to understand fermentation. The tree grape, also known as Jiabao fruit, was an early import from Brazil. Unlike ordinary table grapes, its texture is slightly reminiscent of mangosteen.
