The Qingshui Service Area on National Freeway 3 is often referred to by many tourists as the most beautiful resting stop on the highway. Located in a central position, it provides not only rest but also a leisurely experience for travelers moving north and south. From daytime to nighttime, as travelers going north and south on the freeway pass by, the Qingshui Service Area is designed with the image of a cruise ship, like a sailing ship with its wind vane raised, and a large ship mast installation on the top, making it seem like sailing in the vast sky, heading towards the distant Taichung Harbor. The image design within the service area, "Qingshui Night Pearl," a spiritual landmark in the image of a lighthouse, extends to the theme concept of "Qingshui Light Spot, Taiwan Flying Sail," guiding the direction.
