The restaurant is run by a young couple who started operating this quaint, French-style eatery in 2014. The interior can accommodate up to 20 guests and features a simple, refreshing decor. The menu changes seasonally. The owners, former French cuisine chefs, utilize their expertise and combine it with locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients from Changbin to create highly innovative, four-seasonal dishes. This harmonious fusion of food, local living, and art began in 2014 and continues through its seventh year. The culinary concept draws inspiration from Changbin's environment, the Huangdi Neijing, love poetry, paintings, alone time, and the state of mind. During this period, they have crafted 168 unique dishes. In 2021, their creative focus shifted to expressing the aromatic characteristics of wine-making grapes. The four grape varieties - White Sauvignon, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, and Grenache - are anticipated to welcome everyone through the four seasons with their fragrances.
