In 2010, Guo Wenbiao established the "Zhulin Health Cooperative" and invested in the production and sales of economic crops such as logs and mushrooms, and Codonopsis lanceolata. He believes that agricultural development must be based on the concept of symbiosis between humans and the environment. Therefore, he does not plant high-altitude vegetables but focuses on species rehabilitation. If one tree is cut down for development, at least two trees will be planted in return, adhering to the concept of sustainability to seek community development. There were originally wild Codonopsis lanceolata in the area, so under suitable soil and climate conditions, he established the second class of the special crop production and marketing class in Wufeng Township and started planting Codonopsis lanceolata. In addition, he also conducted industry-academia cooperation with units such as Taipei Medical University and contracted with biotech companies to develop more diversified product applications, such as tea bags and Codonopsis lanceolata meals.
