Bí Dù Lā Art & Design is located at No. 404, Gonghe Road, Chiayi City. It was co-founded by an illustrator and a cultural-creative enthusiast. Situated near Chiayi’s famous Hinoki Village and Beimen Railway Station, the space was revitalized through a grant program for the reuse of historic buildings. It invites more people to fall in love with old-house cultural events, introduces more Chiayi residents to illustration and handcrafts, and hopes to boost the old-house creative scene along Gonghe Road, Beimen Station, and the railway line.
