The store's name, Relation Experiment Life NO.1, doesn't imply plans to open more branches, but rather aims to encourage more people to pursue their dreams on the old street of Guansi, continuing the passion, and opening up their own NO.2, NO.3, and so on. The female owner, Liu Qiuping, said, "The goal of creating this space is to foster a concept of collaboration between people, not just for one individual." Therefore, they combined the skills of local moms, adopting a reservation-based system, and carefully prepared unmenu slow-food cuisine. Incorporating local Hakka dishes, and adding a creative twist, the "signature salad egg skin rice noodle roll" was born. Wrapped in Hakka rice noodles, with seaweed, vegetables, and egg skin, this healthy and refreshing dish has captured the hearts of many. This creative cuisine was jointly developed by the community moms, perfectly aligning with the initial intention of GUAN XI RELATION EXPERIMENT LIFE NO.1. The female owner herself is a fan of independent music, and this space provides a stage for independent music creators and performers to express their music and ideals.
