The food is also creative private cuisine that you can't find anywhere else. Because "A Jiao" only cooks for the right guests. Even if only one table is served per day, reservations are required. Because there are only handmade dishes, which are time-consuming and labor-intensive, you can truly feel the emotion in every bite. The classic "Jade Gourd" is simmered for ten hours with pork bones, then cooked with gourds for two hours. The final gourd is green, tender, and smooth, with a transparent luster, served with a broth that resembles abalone and bird's nest, offering a fresh and sweet taste. The "Pumpkin Tofu" allows you to slowly savor its fragrance in your mouth, then taste the scallop-stewed mushrooms, crisp okra, and imported asparagus.
