Jiaozi Le originates from Donghu Wang's Water Dumplings, a long-standing old store located in the alleys of Donghu for more than thirty years...
I still remember that during my childhood summer and winter vacations, I would go to my mother's store to help out. I watched my mother working hard to run a small store. Every morning at 5 o'clock, she would start preparing the ingredients for the store. The most popular dumplings of our store are made with pure handcrafting methods, using fresh chives and meat fillings. Our dumplings have a solid filling and are bigger in size compared to regular dumplings. The dumpling wrappers are fragrant, chewy, and elastic. With our skilled cooking methods, the dumplings present an authentic and original taste in the mouth. They are delicious without any sauce. Customers who have tasted them all give high praise. Therefore, we began to have a small wish in our hearts, wanting more people to taste this handcrafted delicacy.
We explored for a long time, trying to find the true value of this traditional dumpling shop and create our own new world. In December 2012, we finally made this happen!!
On December 25, 2012, Jiaozi Le Dongfeng Branch was born!
We have never forgotten our mother's persistence in food quality, and we have always kept our original intention of providing customers with healthy and safe food. Because of our persistence, we can always maintain the original taste of Wang's Water Dumplings. At Jiaozi Le, we place great importance on the quality and freshness of ingredients for our customers' health and taste. In addition to the delicious handcrafted dumplings, we offer more than ten kinds of specialty dishes made with seasonal ingredients every day, and we insist on making them fresh on the same day, never leaving them overnight. For the pastries, we use handcrafted noodles. Each noodle has a chewy, smooth, and delicate texture. For example, in dishes like the soy sauce noodles and double-pressed noodles, the rich and fragrant sauce is paired with hand-rolled noodles, which are one of the most popular dishes in the store!
