The park not only explores the historical context, tourism culture, and natural environment of Shimen and Jiaan but also leverages the power of local revitalization and cultural design to reconnect with the community through a strategy of "creating mutual benefits and integrating local resources." The park connects local businesses, small farmers, artisans, and young people horizontally through its various spatial characteristics, providing design aesthetics consulting and cultural creative incubation spaces. Vertically, it integrates different parties to establish a communication platform among the government, private sector, and professionals. Only by continuously cultivating local roots and connecting multiple sources of support can the vision of local mutual benefits be realized, genuinely promoting local culture and tourism development that embodies "sustainable nature and happy life."
