The Taigi Cultural and Creative Park is located on Bagua Mountain in Changhua City, adjacent to the National Changhua Living Arts Center. Once the Chengkung Artillery Barracks, the site retains its military-camp character and has been adaptively reused. Dedicated to promoting the Taigi (Taiwanese) language, the park regularly hosts a variety of free, ongoing and special events and permanent exhibitions. Every Saturday at 2:00 p.m., free screenings of Taigi opera or Taigi-language films are held, aiming to help the public discover and cherish their mother tongue through diverse forms. The park currently comprises six exhibition halls: the Culture Hall, Multipurpose Hall, Arts Hall, Parent-Child Hall, Music Hall, and Drama Hall.
