Located in the Sanzhi downtown area, chef Chen Yi-lin of “888 Taiwanese Seafood” has used his own creativity to develop a lobster sandwich that combines color, aroma, and taste, while its appearance also surprises diners. Known as “Master A-Guo,” Chen Yi-lin began learning Chinese cuisine at 18 and now has more than 30 years of culinary experience. Another of Master A-Guo’s strengths is Thai cuisine, which, paired with fresh seafood and innovation, presents a different kind of flavor.
