Located in the Xiangshan District, Hai Shan Fishing Harbor is one of the two fishing harbors in Hsinchu City. However, its development space is limited due to the impact of tides. To address this, the government added recreational facilities and completed the Sea Viewing Platform in 2004. The platform, approximately one story high, offers a panoramic view of the Xiangshan Wetland. Visitors can immerse themselves in the sea breeze and the ocean view, providing another great spot for weekend getaways to enjoy the sea scenery.
