A bowl of noodles delivers simple deliciousness and also carries heartfelt warmth and emotion. The noodle specialists—Sanfeng Noodle House—was established in 1999. For more than a decade, it has remained unchanged, its rich and delicate human touch inherited from the 1950s noodle shop “Minsheng Canteen” in Wushe, Nantou. Back then, expert noodle-cooking skills, fresh soup, delicious flavor, and generous portions made the carefully prepared noodles hugely popular. Every dawn, as the first light appeared, the steaming aroma of noodles drifted through the mountain mist like a mountain breeze—hence the name Sanfeng, “Three Winds.”
