San Long Gong, commonly referred to as Wangye Temple, enshrines Chi Fu San Xing Wangye (Three Deities of the Chi Clan) and is dedicated to San Fu Qian Shui (Three Lords). According to tradition, the enshrined San Qian Shui (Three Immortals) arrived at Xiaoliuqiu aboard a small boat and built a makeshift shrine, marking the origin of San Long Gong. The triennial Safety Festival honoring San Long Gong's San Fu Qian Shui is one of the most significant events in Lüqiu. During this occasion, overseas residents return in large numbers, leading family reunions. Fishing boats from Lüqiu cease operations to dock at Xiaoliuqiu, filling the harbor with vessels of all sizes. The local government hosts a grand Wenchuan Temple Festival with fireworks the night before the main ceremony, creating an atmosphere of unparalleled excitement. On the island, men of all social classes serve as bearers of the grand sedan chairs, while women prepare meals and snacks for the procession and visitors. Along the route, beverages are freely available, and these communal rituals exemplify Xiaoliuqiu's unique tradition of welcoming deities with reverence.
