The story of this brunch restaurant's establishment is reminiscent of Karen Mok's hit song "Love is Great". The owner couple, who originally were not in the food and beverage industry, met while working part-time in Australia and fell in love, eventually getting married. They decided to leave their old jobs behind, with the wife bringing her Kaohsiung-born husband back to Jiayi. Both of them love the lifestyle and pace of Jiayi, and they decided to put their skills learned in Australia to good use. The husband is in charge of savory dishes and the kitchen, while the wife handles desserts, drinks, and the front of the house. This is how their romantic venture began. On the menu, you'll find rare dishes in Jiayi, such as "Handmade Italian Potato Gnocchi" and "Australian-Style Corn Fritters", which are sure to surprise. The most popular dish in the half-year leading up to the opening was the "Big Breakfast Brunch", which includes scrambled eggs, bacon and vegetable rolls, German sausage, potato wedges, fresh greens salad, and bread served with homemade berry cheese sauce. The owners' approach to ingredients and cooking is centered around "food they love to eat themselves". Even the jam is homemade, according to the wife.
