The Dong'an Bridge spanning the Niulan River is a five-hole stone arch bridge, which combines structure and aesthetics. It was originally known as the "Caifeng Bridge" and was built in 1933 (Showa 8). It is an important route connecting the Guansi district and Dong'an village. The Dong'an Bridge was originally just a wooden bridge. Whenever a mountain flood occurred, it would be washed away, and traffic would be disrupted. As a result, local people proposed to build a bridge. Local gentry hired Japanese engineers to design it, and then recruited workers to collect stones with delicate textures from the Jinsan area. They were transported to the site by manual labor. The construction was led by Li Zhen, a well-known local stonemason. The bridge has been in use for decades and remains intact, demonstrating its high engineering technology and quality.
