The exterior of the building incorporates the colors of traditional Zou clothing and the imagery of Kuba architecture, conveying the spirit of Zou culture. Inside, the space is arranged with an information desk, a display room, and a audiovisual presentation room. Interactive gaming experiences, a collection room with authentic artifacts, and sculptural representations of Zou village scenes create a three‑dimensional atmosphere, offering visitors a fresh guided experience. The Alishan National Scenic Area Administration also established a management station within the Zou Cultural and Natural Center to integrate and execute duties related to Zou village tourism, tourist safety maintenance, and tourist information services.
