The first and only creation in Taiwan, with a unique flavor and exclusive production. This Q餅 is made entirely from虱目魚 (Milkfish) without adding bean paste. No MSG or preservatives are added. The product is made from the only two boneless fish fillets from the back of the虱目魚, also known as "one or two golden meats", hence the name "一兩黃金餅". The fish fillets are treated with milk SPA, then fried into fish floss, giving a sweet, gentle, and odorless texture.
