The temple is most famous for its Bell Tower of Universal Love, Seven-Jewel Pagoda, and the statue of the Maitreya Buddha. Among these, the seven-story-tall full-body Maitreya Buddha statue is the most striking landmark of Baojue Temple and has become a popular spot for visiting tourists to stop and take photos. In front of the Great Buddha, there is a courtyard plaza, also known as the Unity Park, where many small laughing Buddha statues are displayed, some leaning and others sitting, each with its own pose. The plaza also features an 80-year-old coal locomotive, adding a touch of antiquity. Atop the Bell Tower of Universal Love is a large bell weighing 1,000 Taiwanese catties, donated by the Japanese. In front of the Ksitigarbha Hall, there is a commemorative space, and the number of Japanese tourists visiting each year is countless.
