Located on Xinhu Road in Baoshan Village, it was built in 1925 (the 14th year of Taisho in the Japanese colonial era). The temple enshrines the "Three Officials Emperor", and it is the center of faith for the residents of Baoshan Village, Qiongjiao'ao, Nichuan, Bao'gang, and Fangzizi Keng.
