From the date of this notice, all areas except the showroom will be temporarily closed. The reopening date will be announced on the official website. To adapt to global competition, I-Mei aims to enhance product marketing and sales demonstrations, conduct training for exhibitions, education, and product trials, and integrate corporate and community resources to promote cultural exchange between industry and local Taiwanese traditions, helping consumers understand the relationship between food and daily life. Additionally, the company focuses on global market development. Colleagues can engage in product development training, from concept creation to market testing, as a demonstration and training ground. By continually improving products, I-Mei's high-quality goods can reach consumers worldwide. In 2006, the Lu Zhu Factory established "I-Mei Production, Ecology, and Lifestyle Industrial Park," embodying practical demonstrations, education, training, exhibitions, and product trials, providing diverse consumer information and versatile shopping services. Founded in 1934, when it began as a small bakery in Taipei during Japanese colonial rule, I-Mei has grown into one of Taiwan's most renowned bakery brands. For over seventy years, "I-Mei" has always maintained the sincere and honest spirit of pastry-making, accompanying Taiwanese people through the golden times of their lives. In 2006, to carry forward the philosophy of Chairman Gao Teng-jiao, "Making pastries is a trade for honest people, a conscientious business," the "I-Mei Demonstration, Training, and Observation Center" was established at the Nankan Factory in Taoyuan. In 2009, it was officially designated as the "I-Mei Food Production, Ecology, and Lifestyle Industrial Park" and certified as a quality tourist factory by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. A visit to the I-Mei Tourist Factory satisfies the palette of gourmands—scents of pastry, bread, and rich coffee envelop the air, offering products ranging from cookies, gummy candies, cooking ingredients, and ice desserts. Fresh and hygienically crafted at the factory, the product variety is vast. The lively I-Mei Eco-Park showcases historical industrial machinery that testifies to the company's development. The elegant historical exhibition records I-Mei's growth journey, step by step. In the park, besides Northern and Southern Chinese pastry worlds and Taiwanese cuisine, there are also health-conscious vegan meal options available, offering a rewarding culinary experience. At the DIY pastry workshop, a range of DIY activities is offered; with prior reservations, visitors can enjoy the joy and fulfillment of handmade creations. I-Mei lets you experience a shopping, dining, and fun-packed adventure!
