Yufu Bakery's owner Huang Hsiang-pen, driven by the three brothers' shared passion for baking, learned from each other through collaborative practice. Eventually captivated by pastry-making, they jointly opened a small store and collaboratively developed many delectable products. After accumulating experience and expanding their business scale, they individually established new locations, aiming to offer consumers delicious and healthy products. Their creations, the black sesame egg yolk pastry and bamboo shoot pork mince egg yolk pastry, were respectively awarded by the 2011 New Taipei City Egg Yolk Pastry Festival and received a Silver Award for Creative Excellence at the 2013 New Taipei City Egg Yolk Pastry Festival.
