Starting from the eastern junction with the Taichung District and Ta-Du District, and extending westward to the east side of the Taichung Thermal Power Plant, the total length is about 5.3 kilometers with an average road width of 4 meters. In addition to decorative guardrails on both sides of the lane to ensure the safety of cyclists, the wide view from the levee allows for the installation of viewing platforms, rest chairs, and shaded planting trees along the route, making it a well-equipped green corridor. The lane integrates with surrounding scenic facilities, featuring, in order along the way, the nationally acclaimed Jinlan Watermelon Farm, a healthy walking trail and basketball court created through highland land reclamation, a riverside golf course where seniors frequently play, riverside park, the Lishui Fishing Port where tidal plankton brings abundant catches, a bird-watching area, and the historically rich Fushun Temple—making it an ideal destination for families to enjoy a day out.
