Cello Bakery, a handcrafted bakery located in Wenshan District, known as the "backyard of Taipei City". The chef is the renowned cellist Wang Xin Hui, Mandy. She used to be the principal cellist of the Evergreen Symphony Orchestra and has performed in tours across Europe, the US, and Japan. The name "CELLO" of the bakery comes from this. She has been invited to collaborate with famous artists and bands such as Jay Chou, Mayday, and Sodagreen, and even performed at state banquets for foreign presidents. Because her beloved daughter has an allergic constitution, she found that eating bread with artificial flavoring and colorings on the market caused rashes. This made her determined to create "additive-free" safe food without dyes, artificial flavorings, or preservatives. The precise requirements she had for practicing the cello were injected into her delicate baking works.
