The Chahua Villa Garden is located on the roadside of Mei Zhu Xi towards Shang Lin Li Xin Liao Zi, about 2 kilometers away from Shuang Xi Station. The tea flower planting area covers 2.5 hectares, cultivating 800 varieties of tea flowers from around the world, including excellent varieties from mainland China, Japan, the United States, Canada, and Europe. The flowers are colorful, with diverse petals, shapes, and sizes, making them a wonder to behold. The villa is also known for its grafting techniques, which are used to cultivate many tea flower bonsais, allowing visitors to admire them even when the tea flowers are not in bloom, from May to November.
The villa has various zones, including a tea flower forest, a tea flower walking trail, a digital tea flower area, a medicinal herb area, an organic vegetable area, an osmanthus forest, a colorful wild ginger flower area, a river ecological area, a bird-watching area, and a firefly area. Professional guides are available to lead tours of the villa, introducing visitors to the different plants and animals. The owner of Chahua Villa is a descendant of Zhuang Tingcan, a Qing dynasty scholar, and next to the villa is a traditional three-section compound that serves as his ancient residence. The stone wall bears a tea flower relief, which visitors can admire while enjoying the tea flowers.
