The Wanjin Green Tunnel lines both sides of the road from Wanjin Village to the Wanjin Military Camp, planted with eucalyptus and mahogany trees stretching roughly one kilometer. The trees complement those arranged in the nearby Taiwan Sugar Corporation sugarcane fields. In the early morning, sunlight filters through the branches onto the road; as the leaves sway in the wind, the shifting patterns of light and shadow create a dreamlike beauty.
