A-Tze's Steamed Rice Cake Shop was founded by the ancestor Dadie during the Japanese occupation era within a traditional textile shop beside Dajia Dashushen Temple in Dajia. In the 27th year of the Republic of China calendar (1938), the second-generation owner Yan Zai assumed the business and subsequently relocated to its current location on Jianggong Road, upholding the meticulous selection of ingredients and time-consuming handcrafted methods to deliver the nostalgic flavors of old-fashioned traditional dishes etched in cherished memories.
