Brand Story: I have always been weak and sickly, suffering from stomachaches, toothaches, colds, sore throats, and fevers. A cold was like a ghost to me, happening every month. I often had a fever and lay in bed for a long time. How long? I had counted the tiles on the roof of my house millions of times, and I knew very well which tile had a crack and which one had a small missing piece. Thirty years ago, in 1995, my left hand and foot became numb as if they were not mine. I went every week from Taipei to a surgical hospital in Chiayi. After half a year, there was no improvement. I went to Chang Gung Hospital for a full health checkup, and except for my lung function, everything else was fine! I heard that folk remedies could improve my physical ailments. I spent half a year learning about meridians, scraping, and cupping, and indeed, my health improved. My diet also changed. I stopped eating fried and greasy foods, and I always went to bed before 11 p.m. That miserable period of my life was gone. Last year, my right hand could only be raised to 45 degrees.
