In 1950, in Dadaocheng, Grandpa Li Shui Tu, whose name reflects his character. The most fundamental components that make up the earth are water and soil. Water and soil form the land where we grow, and all our ways of life and conduct are based on the principle of "protecting the earth. Human and land coexist and survive together." At that time, Grandpa established the "Shui Ji Hao," which operated similar to a general store, selling everything, and among the goods, soap was purchased from the Japanese "Dachun Rendan." After the Japanese left Taiwan, Grandpa took over the Japanese soap factory, and later officially registered it as the "Dachun Chemical Factory," starting the business of soap production and sales, and vowed to operate with integrity, promoting and expanding this philosophy. Thus, from the "Shui Ji Hao" to the present "Dachun Rendan," it has now been passed down to the third generation. During these 70 years, the children have always followed Grandpa's instructions, never forgetting the principle of "coexisting with the land" in their ways of life. In 2016, "Dachun Rendan" wished to carry forward the original intention of Grandpa Shui Tu, and to spread this blessing to more people. The logo of the name "Dachun Rendan" continues the will and spirit of Grandpa Shui Tu. The term "Rendan" means carefully refining each bar of soap, the simplest and purest, friendly to people and the land, sustainable, coexisting and surviving together.
