The shop’s very name promises tofu pudding that you can taste (“pin”) and trust (“an”). In every bowl you’ll see Pin’an’s devotion to the old ways—freshly hand-made, naturally healthy.
The soy milk for our “Soy-Milk Tofu Pudding” is brewed only from Canada’s finest non-GMO soybeans: washed and soaked in running water at timed intervals, stone-ground together with oats, then clarified through successive filtrations and slow-boiled into a fragrant, nourishing drink.
The pudding itself is still hand-curded daily by the ancient method; the setting powder is pure natural arrowroot starch, never a trace of additives—summer’s perfect cooler.
