Jingu offers a panoramic view of the coastline, encompassing Jingu Fishing Port, Baisha Bay Beach, and nearby mountain gorges, presenting a stunning landscape that captures the essence of its natural beauty. It is renowned as the only emerging land-connected island in Taiwan. The bay, which resembles a golden goblet, is named "Golden Goblet" (Jingu), and also dubbed "Anchor Island" or "Anchor-shaped reef" due to its shape resembling an anchor. Jingu boasts a pristine and enchanting beach stretching for 3 kilometers. Travelers can head to the scenic rest area to enjoy ocean views, listen to the waves, and intimately experience the gentle crashing of white waves against the shore. From November to December, visitors can also witness the thrilling performances of international surfers in the surfing open competition held at Jingu Fishing Port. After playing on Jingu's silky-soft sands, one can return to the resting area to take in the sight of the Jingu emerged reef from a distance, making it an immensely relaxing and delightful experience.
