This is a nostalgic drink that captures the taste of grandma's cooking, despite having 10 years of experience in the tea industry and being skilled in brewing healthy sugar and mixing honey in perfect proportions. What still lingers in the owner's mind is the hand-stirred black sugar from their childhood. Thus, the idea was born to incorporate the traditional hand-stirred black sugar, passed down from their grandma for three generations, into their drinks. After development, they finally created a pure and innovative black sugar health drink. Using raw materials from Hsinchu's local century-old sugar factory, Bao Shan Sugar Industry, and supporting fresh milk from Taiwan's local small farms, they combined the two to create a rich and flavorful black sugar milk tea. Adding chewy black sugar pearls that satisfy the mouthfeel, they perfectly created the signature drink "Grandma's Signature" that is the chain's charm.
