Located next to the Dulan Mountain range in Taitung, "Hong An Yuan" is a natural grass-cultivated farm created by the owner, Li Yan-sen, who named it by taking one character from each of his three children's names. The owner inherited his father's experience and cultivated high-quality, natural, and organic crops using natural grass cultivation and self-sufficient ecological planting methods. He developed various fresh leaf and fresh produce products. With manual harvesting and processing, every leaf and every herb is carefully crafted. His star product, the Houttuynia cordata sauce, was developed in collaboration with the Taitung County Government's Stone Resource Center's deep-sea water project. By incorporating deep-sea water into the sauce, the texture becomes smoother, the flavor more mellow, and the nutritional value is further enhanced. A mature farmer, known as the Houttuynia cordata old man, is using his hands to steadily build a promising future for "Hong An Yuan Natural Grass-Cultivated Farm".
