Co-Union Food Co. was founded in 1976. The founder, Mr. Wang Dunjia, felt inspired to promote the traditional craftsmanship of Matsu and established Co-Union Food Co. in Beigan Tangqi. For nearly forty years, Co-Union Food Co. has carefully continued Matsu’s traditional delicacies—Matsu puff pastries, lotus seed pastries, shredded radish cakes, golden sweet potato dumplings, and wedding celebration cakes—enjoying widespread popularity among local residents.
