The Black Rooster Flavored Restaurant was founded in 1993. Prior to that, it started as a farm raising Taiwan's indigenous black‑feathered chickens, bred by the Yeh brothers. They combined their farming expertise with business acumen to market homemade chicken dishes for more than a decade. The menu now features mountain produce, wild vegetables, and organic agricultural products, cooked with minimal oil, priced affordably, and focused on healthful dining. Through perseverance and a dedication to quality, they have built a strong reputation, aiming to become the first centennial restaurant in Changhua County.
