2020-05-31
Origin:
The "Golden Lion Drinking Water" takes its name from the old place name "Luo Shui Jin Shi" (Waterfall Golden Lion), located at the intersection of Zhongshan, Shilin, and Nei Hu, on the mountain above the Ziqiang Tunnel. Its shape resembles a lion, with its left and right sides extending into the Dazhi area and the Keelung River, as if "drinking water," hence the name. The intention of "drinking water" is to remember the source of water and to be proactive and enterprising. It also aims to let more people understand the local culture and its significance.

Introduction of "Golden Lion Drinking Water":

The first floor of the coffee shop adopts a Japanese-Nordic style, with bright large floor-to-ceiling windows and a lot of blank space in the design, giving a comfortable and relaxed feeling. The lower floor is mostly wooden in color, giving a solid and calm feeling, like a small library. The space is high, with a projector and an independent restroom on the lower floor.

The shop offers a variety of international cuisines, coffee drinks, pour-over coffee, Chinese tea, various herbal teas, German beer, and delicious pastries.
It also has free wireless internet and outlets, and regularly holds various lectures, cultural and artistic activities, birthday parties, etc.

Welcome to "Golden Lion Drinking Water" (Jin Shi Chu Shui)!

In 2013, two young people opened a traditional breakfast shop on the third section of Minsheng East Road.
Under the difficult economic conditions, in order to break through the current situation, they moved and renovated the shop, and used this as an opportunity to restart, aiming for our own growth and further development of the shop.
