Xin Xin began as a catering business in 1976, focusing on banquet and group meals—mainly Taiwanese, Fuzhou, and Zhejiang cuisines. In 2002 it shifted to meet the needs of local soldiers and tourists, turning into an Internet café offering light meals and snacks, with delivery service. Meals are served to match the café’s hours, from 8 a.m. to midnight.
