Following traditional methods, we pursue innovation with the new "New New Soy Sauce" and "Black Gan Zai Soy Sauce" produced within Yuan Chang Industrial Zone. In the early years, we manufactured soy sauce for others, and after taking over in the third generation, we incorporated local specialties such as Yunlin oranges, coffee, black garlic, and white pigeon peas into the ancient, handmade fermentation process, creating a uniquely flavored new soy sauce.
