台北市北投區大度路ㄧ段21號
The beginning of MIT Cafe comes from her, regardless of the hardships of the external environment, she tries to express her way of love. The person who roasts the beans in the store with emotions and feelings, and makes the pastries in the store so that people feel happy when they eat them, is the founder of MIT Cafe. Every life comes into this world crying. She hopes to do her best to share the taste of happiness, so that everyone can feel happiness and warmth, and leave our MIT with a smile. The most important purpose of our MIT is: to make customers have another warm home and kitchen. Her understanding of coffee is based on emotions; Her persistence on coffee is based on health; The coffee she roasts extracts the scent of emotions, about joy, satisfaction, hope... Such emotions, she wants to share with everyone who has the opportunity to know you. In here, coffee is no longer just a drink, but more like a lifestyle attitude. In MIT, the pastries are no longer just simple pastries. As the words imply: "sweet" means sweet; "point" refers to the place, so our pastries are the place of sweetness. Specialty Coffee We hope that every cup of coffee our customers drink is healthy and non-toxic. The store's main 8 specialty coffees include Anjing Estate - a coffee estate established by a Taiwanese doctor in Nicaragua using agricultural biotechnology, fair trade beans, and flavorful Red Cherry and Paradise. Each bean is roasted by the founder with the hope of sharing the fragrance of happiness. Because of the quality, because of the freshness, and because of the love, each specialty coffee has a lingering sweetness and is impressive. The introduction of coffee in the store is especially unique. It uses a personification approach to express the feelings when tasting coffee, presenting the different personalities and appearances of each coffee, making people feel as if they are there, and each customer can also write their own story according to their feelings when interacting with coffee.
